Ask anyone, and they'll probably tell you that the pursuit of Snow White by the evil queen in the Snow White film, is still one of the most frightening cinematic moments they have ever experienced. 

No matter how innocent and infantile such pop-cultural constructions are intended to be, they often possess a darker, even sexual side— one that naturally inhabits the mind of a child— and lay hidden within the animated narratives.
